Artisan’s plasterers are currently working on a luxury property in Knightsbridge in central London as part of a restoration and redevelopment for BB Partnership and London Projects, with interior designs by Paolo Moschino.
We are manufacturing and installing a bespoke decorative plaster ceiling, complete with cornice, pilasters and panel mouldings for a reception room, along with plaster panel mouldings for the walls of the stairway, cornice restoration in the bedrooms and some lime plasterwork to walls and ceilings.
It’s a work in progress, but we are very much looking forward to seeing the finished results!
The ornamental ceiling is starting to come together in this ground floor reception room. It features alternating framed acanthus leaf bosses repeating across it with individual panel trims.
These images show some of the plasterwork being completed on site, such as cornice restoration of a vine and flower enrichment that has required crack repairs and new material patched into existing plasterwork. Beneath are several images from our workshop showing the decorative clay modelling undertaken as part of this amazing project.
