Lime Plastering Restoration at The Oxfordshire Museum

Oxfordshire Museum

Lime plastering restoration project secured: The Oxfordshire Museum, Woodstock

We have been chosen as the Lime Plastering restoration company to work on the Oxfordshire Museum, situated in a beautiful 18th century house in the heart of Woodstock.

The Grade I listed museum has been undertaking essential building repairs resulting in the closure of some of the galleries until late Spring.  Renovations include repairing Timber work and re-plastering the internal walls, ceilings and staircase in Lime.  The work is being carried out in Fletches House.

We are very pleased to be undertaking this project and working amongst beautiful displays of art and archaeology.

The Museum has eleven galleries displaying art, archaeology, local and natural history. Touring exhibitions, a stunning garden, Museum shop and café complement the permanent displays.  A must have visit when we have finished working here!
